Feathers Launches “Psyche” by Umar Sayeed

Karachi:[1st November 2013]Feathers multi-label store introduced Umar Sayeed’s RTW Pret line ‘Psyche’ with an exclusive event and fashion presentation of the labels’s heavier formals at the store. Umar Sayeed Psyche is yet another feather in the cap for House of Umar Sayeed, a name which in itself invokes images embellished in kaleidoscopic colors, flowing chiffons and luxurious silken textiles. Psyche is a watered down version of Umar Sayeed couture, a more affordable bridal wear line that is produced by Umar Sayeed. The psyche line is a breathtaking amalgamation of a color palate that ranges from cool pastels to bright juicy shades, well-placed appliques and intricate hand embroideries with amusing details.

Speaking at the launch, Eram Sheikh (Managing Director ” Feathers), said, “Keeping in mind the BIG local bridal market as well as the expatriates visiting Pakistan, Feathers has taken initiative to provide this off the rack exquisite wearable’s and affordable bridal line by king of bridals, UMAR SAYEED.

The launch event for UMAR SAYEED’S Psyche had a glamorous red carpet flooded with celebrities and media personalities. The launch was highlighted by a fascinating fashion presentation featuring six top models which were given classic yet contemporary make-over by veteran makeup artist, NABILA and her team at N-PRO. This fashion presentation was choreographed by Nabeel Shaukat and the event was organized by Tehmina Khaled and her team at Takell.
